Kati Naef - Founder, Camp Director

Leader: Drama, Drama/Dance, Musical Theater, Culinary Arts

With decades of theater and directing experience, Kati Naef has a deep passion for the performing arts. Motivated by a call to raise up the next generation of worshippers and fueled by the power of the Holy Spirit, Kati began the ministry, Greater Glory Worship Arts, to create a much-needed place for children to participate in worshipful artistic expression.

Kati brings a high-energy, safe space for young people to express themselves and experience creative worship. Her experience as a team leader and manager for both secular and Christian organizations provides a strong foundation for leading the team of volunteers that make up the GGWA camp staff every summer. Her background in fitness instruction lends to high-energy dance arts and movement instruction, and her dynamic teaching style engages people in a personal relationship with the Lord and encourages them to discover their true identity through learning how their individual gifts and talents are essential to the Kingdom of God.

Kati has served as camp director since the camp’s inception in 2014, organizing and running camp, leading breakouts and daily teachings, and serving as the head of the LIT program, where she feeds into the next generation of leaders. She loves watching kids learn the art of worship and how to use their gifts to glorify the Creator.

Outside of GGWA, Kati teaches middle and high-school science and ballroom dance classes and instructs group fitness classes. In everything she does, Kati is dedicated to using her talents to encourage and uplift the people around her.
